All meals are prepared in your kitchen using the freshest local, sustainable, and organic ingredients available. Menus are customized according to your tastes and preferences. Special dietary needs relating to food allergies, illnesses, and other sensitivities are happily accommodated. Personal chef services include customized menu planning, shopping, preparation of three dinners plus sides, storage and labeling, simple reheating instructions, and complete kitchen clean-up. Please call to schedule a consultation.

 

Packaging: Glass containers that accommodate the following: refrigerator/freezer friendly, refrigerator to oven, microwavable, stackable, durable, and economical. I can offer a one time container fee, if we find you need some extra dishes, to allow maximum storage in your refrigerator.

ellie cooks offers private chef services for intimate dinner gatherings, birthday parties, BBQ with friends, bachelorette parties, and reunion weekend festivities creating customized menus for you and your guests. The planning, shopping, preparing, and clean up will be taken care of by me so you can focus on your party. 2 or 25 guests - call or email me for an estimate.
